Drumming Workshops

The Drumming Workshop specialises in creating dynamic team events that are perfect for conferences, employee away days, training sessions and social gatherings.

Through inspirational coaching, team members unite to form a Samba Band, swaying to Brazilian rhythms in a matter of minutes! The fact that the majority of participants will have had little or no experience in drumming is irrelevant to the success of the exercise.

Each individual has a unique contribution to make, totally irrespective of their musical background. The interplay between individuals generates a highly motivated and co-ordinated team, resulting in a memorable pulsating performance.

Past events have left participants "totally inspired!", "as high as a kite!" and feeling that "the perceived unachievable may be achievable!". Managers have also commented on the positive impact Drumming Workshop have had on their team, noticing "an overall more positive attitude towards work" and "an increased interest and enthusiasm from staff".

These events are ideal for bringing together teams from different areas of your organisation and can involve anything from 10 to 100+ participants! Each team event is designed specifically to your unique requirements, with all drums and percussion instruments provided.

Dogs n' Ducks

So you think you have leadership skills - well even Alan Sugar would run away from this one! This hilarious workshop demonstrates the skill and speed of the Border Collie in action with a flock of Indian Runner ducks.

However, your mission Jim, should you choose to accept, it is to guide the Ducks round a course of obstacles named after famous Scottish football teams e.g. The Celtic Bridge, The Rangers Death-Slide (featuring a pool of starving Scottish fresh-water crocodiles), the Partick Thistle Tunnel-of-Love, as well as the Magic Box and the Olympic Slalom Course.

After showing you how it should be done, our shepherds then invite teams of six members to see if they can move the ducks as efficiently as the sheepdogs!

The workshop is a self-contained, mobile show. All that is required is a suitable area of ground, preferably grassed, on which to perform.

If you don't have a suitable site, then don't worry, as we can arrange one for you.

Filled with laughter, and a good dose of exercise, this is a Team Building workshop that your staff will remember for a long, long time to come!

Circus Skills Workshop

So, you've always secretly wanted to be a Juggler or a Stilt-walker?

The Magic Agency offers professional and tailor-made Circus Skills Workshops which are guaranteed to entertain and motivate any group.

We start the day with a demonstration which entertains and inspires the teams to learn the skills they have seen.

Skills taught can include Plate Spinning, Juggling (balls, scarves, clubs, rings), Diabolo, Devil Stick, Staff, Club Swinging, Poi, Pedalgo, Unicycle, Minibike, and Stilt-walking.

We can catered for all skill levels and it's great fun for everyone.
