Bookings

Please note that all bookings will be considered provisional, and not binding, until the booker returns the signed Booking Form to The Magic Agency (with terms, conditions, and fees that are acceptable and have been agreed by all parties involved) and any required deposit.

Any changes or alterations made by bookers to the Booking Form, without the agreement of this agency, will render the booking null and void. If the booker wishes to alter the details and terms of the booking, then they should contact The Magic Agency immediately, before sending back the Booking Form. Changes can then be agreed or a new Booking Form can be issued.

Artistes - Sending Publicity Material

If you are an Artiste and wish to email us some publicity material as an attachment, then use the form below to contact us and we will let you know our email address. We will then know who the attachment is coming from.

It is the Artiste's responsibility to ensure that any material supplied to The Magic Agency is their property to distribute and does not breach any copyright laws.

All contracts will refer to these full Terms and Conditions and it will be an integral part of any contract that they are accepted by the parties to the contract.

If you are looking for a quotation, then please remember to include the NAME OR TYPE OF ACT, DATE, TIME, and LOCATION of the event.

Remember, Scotland covers a very large geographical area.
